Verus Praedium invests mindfully, producing profitable rental properties while also aiding renters in their access to quality, affordable housing. James Faillettaz, CEO & FounderJames has always been fascinated with the movement of money. This fascination led to James trading stock at age 12, and eventually resulted in a degree in economics, statistics, and philosophy from St. Olaf College. His curiosity in real estate grew as his interest in the stock market declined. Having been entrepreneurial most of his life, James was attracted to building a successful company himself, rather than investing in somebody else’s established company. With this shift in ideology, he decided to sell his entire stock portfolio and purchase his first property as he entered his senior year at St. Olaf; by the end of his senior year, Verus Praedium holding was established and the rest has yet to be written.

From early beginnings in stock trading at the age of 12 to pursuing a degree in economics, philosophy, and statistics. A pivotal moment during his junior year led him to sell his entire stock portfolio, embarking on a new chapter in real estate and giving rise to Verus Praedium Holding. With an entrepreneurial spirit at his core, James leverages his astute understanding of data and statistics, cultivated through research funded by the National Science Foundation, to empower Verus Praedium Holding in conducting thorough market research, running comprehensive financial analyses, and making informed decisions in the dynamic world of finance and real estate. This enables the company to navigate diverse markets with resilience and agility, seizing valuable opportunities and setting new benchmarks in the industry.
