My name is Deb Chandler, and I serve as the Director of Property Management at Revolution Renting. I commenced my 28-year career in property management as a move-out cleaner for my father’s company. His mentorship was instrumental in developing my abilities and teaching me the essential skills required for effective management of both residential and commercial properties. I have been with Revolution Renting for seven months, during which I have found that the company’s values align closely with my own, particularly regarding their commitment to supporting and treating their tenants with respect and integrity.

Tatum Johnson was raised in South Minneapolis and went on to attend college in Georgia, where she earned degrees in Computer Information Management and Business Administration. During her time in college, she played Division I rugby, an experience that helped shape her leadership and teamwork skills. Today, she continues that passion as a Division I women’s rugby coach for the Twin Cities Amazons. Outside of work and coaching, Tatum enjoys spending time outdoors and getting lost in a good mystery novel.

Joyce is a skilled Virtual Assistant with over 8 years of extensive experience in property management. She specializes in leasing and the renewal process, supporting companies in streamlining operations and ensuring smooth tenant relations. Her commitment to delivering quality service makes her an invaluable partner to property management companies seeking organized and effective support.

Outside of work, Joyce is a proud mom of two who loves spending quality time with her family. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures and share a special love for the beach, where they find relaxation and joy in the simple moments.

Ariel brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, with a strong background in property management, project management, construction, and maintenance. He thrives on tackling complex challenges and is equally driven by his role as a father, his love for outdoor sports, and the balance he finds through a dedicated yoga practice.

Steve brings over 25 years of experience in property management and construction. As a landlord with properties in Minnesota and Florida, he knows the value of dependable property maintenance and smooth turnovers.

A former general contractor, Steve takes pride in delivering quality service, from general repairs and painting to minor plumbing, electrical, and exterior work. He also served in the United States Marine Corps, carrying forward the values of discipline, integrity, and dedication into his business today.

Whether it’s a single-family home, townhome, duplex, or multi-unit building, Steve is committed to keeping properties in top shape while making the process stress-free for landlords and tenants.
